Document covers worldwide news, focusing upon the Pacific: ''...General MacArthur rushed plans Monday to leave shortly...for prostrate Japan where he announced he would dictate articles of surrender quote within ten days unquote...It was indicated the signing would take place in or near the ruined capital of Tokyo...'' 8'' x 13'' four page document, on two sheets, is in very good condition.
