Awarded to PO 1 Class DM Fowler, RCNVR. Fowler joined the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve out of Saskatoon on August 17th, 1943. Served on numerous ships during the war, and numerous ships, post War (RCN). Included pages of ships history and three pages of his Particulars of Service. A nice researched group.
