<p><b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext'>[WW I GERMAN AVIATION] </span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial; color:windowtext'>Five WW I military photographs of German biplanes with pilots and other military personnel. Mounted on either side of two 11½"x8½" album leaves. Images of early fighter planes, one of which appears to be a 1917 Albatross D.Va, a favorite of Baron von Richthofen, known as the “Red Baron.” One pictures a pilot wiping his face in front of his plane that crashed upside down with several officers examining the mishap; proud pilots pose in front of their planes and another group mulls around a plane that appears to be refueling. With the exception of one that is moderately toned; they are in very good condition.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot for any
reason.
6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

to Signature House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire transfer
details are available upon request. West Virginia residents will pay a
sales tax of 6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA a
credit card is requested.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a
