<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>Collection of four US military leaders. Rear Admiral <b><font size=-1>Arleigh Burke</font></b> (1901-1995). TLS, 1p, large 8vo, Bethesda, Mar 21, 1980. He responds to Bob Hemminger regarding leadership qualities, in part, “...<i>A man must be respected and admired for his professional ability before other men will follow him.</i>..” Plus a 5"x3" unlined card signed by Air Force Major General <b><font size=-1>Lauris Norstad</font></b> (1907-1988), Commander 12th Air Force, Mediterranean, and 20th Air Force of B-29s. Diagonal creasing at top corners; else VG. Plus FDC honoring John J. Pershing featuring his portrait, postmarked in NY, Nov 17, 1961, signed by <i>Enola Gay</i> Pilot, Brigadier General <b><font size=-1>Paul Tibbets</font></b>. Lastly, a signed card by Lieutenant General <b><font size=-1>Walton H. Walker</font></b> (1889-1950). Penned above typed name and rank. Annotated in another hand “<i>12-30-1949 Yokahoma, Japan</i>” at bottom edge. Accompanied by printed autograph cut from transmittal envelope, Office of Commanding General, postmarked Jan 3, 1949. All Fine with noted exception.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
