2. Goods not paid for may, at the discretion of the auctioneer be resold at any subsequent sale and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
3. Goods left on the premises may, at the discretion of the auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
5. ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

PAYMENTS
We only accept Canadian funds (CAD).
Acceptable payment methods: Cash, E-transfer, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover. Credit card surcharge 5%. Pay in office when you pick up your items.
