WITHDRAWN - RELISTING IN SEPTEMBER - In order to verify the weight (reported to be 8.2g) as well as re-label the NGC holder with the weight we have decided to withdraw this lot. It will be re-listed in our September 2022 auction with an updated label.

NEPAL: Girvan Yuddha Vikrama, 1799-1816, AV 1½ mohar, SE1726 (1804), KM-547, a wonderful lustrous example and even more rare so nice! NGC graded MS64, RR.

A rarely encountered denomination and type, the first we have seen offered for public auction since 2006.

NOTE: This coin was incorrectly listed as a 1 mohar in the printed catalog along with an incorrect estimate. The new estimate is $2,000 to $2,500 with a new starting price to reflect the increase.
