War-date A.D.S., 1p. oblong 12mo., [Richmond], Mar. 29, 1862, in full: "Please have a passport for Capt. R. S. Cox Qr. Master Dept to Hanover County for 60 days Jno. H. Winder Brig Genl". Small tear at top right corner affects nothing, else very good.
