July 10, 1765-Dated, Partly-Printed Document Signed, “Wm. Williams” as Clerk, at Springfield, Very Fine. This original Document is 1 page, about 5.5” x 8” being a summons for Luke Day to appear before the court, to answer charges of, ”.. . not performing your Promise... to Pay". It is boldly printed in black and Signed at the bottom by “Wm. Williams, Clerk” in bold brown ink. This document having expected light folds with some trivial fold separation and having an overall nice, bold appearance.
