Please take it to Judge Thompson and get his concurrence. If he is in Columbus, send it to him. Ask him to return it to you and then forward to the printer to be printed up. Send me a package of my visiting cards.</i>..” Boldly penned and signed, adding “<i>I am very busy</i>.” Fine. Accompanied by original transmittal envelope addressed in his holograph and with his franking signature above Official Business imprint, adding “<i>Circuit Judge.</i>” Intact envelope evidences general light soiling and wear; top is slit to remove contents transversing top of signature.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

reason.
6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a
lifetime guarantee on authenticity to the original purchaser. The
item(s) must be returned with two letters denying it’s authenticity by
expert authenticators acceptable to both parties.
15. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the
preceding terms and conditions of sale.
