Exceptional contract between “The Multiple Speed and Traction Company,” Colonel William Frederick Cody of North Platt Nebraska, his general manager and confidant <b><font size=-1>Nate Salisbury</font></b> of New York City and others detailing financial involvement and specifics to construct and maintain a railroad system in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Accomplished in expert calligraphy and bound with green ribbon, this near pristine document is boldly signed “<i>W. F. Cody</i>” at conclusion and by the other parties or representatives involved. Minor ink transfer of signature portion; slight feathering of signature ink with show through on blank verso; penciled annotations on two pages; o/w Fine.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
