State of Massachusetts-Bay currency, $4.00, May 1, 1780. Nicely signed, "W Dawes." Also signed by Richard Cranch. 3 missing corners and hole cancellation (not affecting signatures), o/w average wear. Interest stamp touches one letter in signature. A nice momento of the other man who rode with Paul Revere. Scarce. $1,500-2,500
