Taliaferro</i>” on his legal letterhead, 1p, 8vo, Ware Neck, VA, Jan. 26, 1895. “...<i>I write today January 26th, 1895 this my last will and testament revoking all former wills...I give and bequeath all my estate...to my beloved wife Sally Lyons Taliaferro for the period of her life, and at her death I give the estate to my children in equal proportions... 1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.
