In this silent film comedy, Harold Lloyd comes across a giant suffering from a toothache amidst a revolution in the Tropics. The card showing Lloyd's close-up shot exhibits border creases and wear, along with a minor stain in the upper left corner. The card with the long-shot displays less wear, featuring a single pinhole in the bottom corners and light, scattered smudges or stains. The pastel color tints remain fresh and vibrant, showing no evidence of fading.

In the Hal Roach comedy "Why Worry," Harold Lloyd portrays Harold Van Pelham, a wealthy hypochondriac who travels to the island of Paradiso for his health, only to become caught up in a revolution. This film marks the end of Lloyd's collaboration with Hal Roach and Jobyna Ralston's first leading role alongside Lloyd. She went on to star in five more films with him.
