The Confession of Faith, Larger and Shorter Catechisms, agreed upon by the Assembly of Divines at Westminster, with the Assistance of Commissioners from the Church of Scotland, As a Part of the Covenanted Uniformity in Religion betwixt the Churches of Christ in the Three Kingdoms Scotland, England, and Ireland. Translated into the Irish language by the Synod of Argyle. Entred in Stationers Hall. Edinburgh : Printed by Thomas Lumisden and John Robertson, and sold at their printing-house in the Fish-market, 1725With an additional titlepage and two divisional titlepages in Irish, the text wholly in Irish, pages viii, 276, 12mo, contemporary sheep, old repair to spine and boards lightly sprung : wanting blank flyleaves and both endpapers filled by a neat contemporary hand in Irish character : a very good, unsophisticated copy. ESTC locates 8 copies in these islands (in Ireland D only) and only two copies in America : NN and CaOTU.
