W. Tranter Civil War period cased percussion double action revolver, #11205T, .33 CAL, 3.75" barrel, retaining approximately 80-90% original finish, with the majority of the losses on the cylinder and the loading lever. Some light freckling, blue is bright and starting to tone. Grips are in fine condition, with a single small notch on the right side. Case is mahogany with a green felt interior, and remains in very goodcondition, with the exception of the hinges, which require minor repair. Accessories include a nipple wrench, flask, mold, oiler, cleaning rod, cap tin and lubricating bullet tin. All accessories are in fine toexcellent condition showing a nice patina, (label on bullet tin shows minor tears and losses). Circa 1850-1860. Est. $2,000-4,000.
