We are very proud to be able to offer this piece of fine art for your consideration. This museum quality engraving was delicately printed by a top engraver on a heavy cotton paper sometime during the year 1855. We proudly can mention than an engraving from the same production is part of the Royal Collection Trust. The plate measures Approx. 13" x 18". Engravings from the first edition (year 1855) with this quality are very difficult and expensive to find. They tends to be unique with the time. The reason is because only few engravings from the private collections of Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness Prince Albert, were edited by S.C. Hall c.1855 and printed by top engravers from the epoch like H. Bourne, R. Brandard, T. Garner, C. H. Jeens, W, Greatbach, T. Vernon, C. Cousen, C. H. Jeens, H. C. Shenton, and P. Lightfoot. Many copies without the same quality of this original have been reproduced since the late 19th C. Artelisted offer you the opportunity to own an original. Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
