W.J. BRYAN MATCHSAFE. The classic William Jennings Bryan nickel-plated brass matchsafe. Each side is identical with a bust of Bryan facing left, inscribed "For President" on lid part, art nouveau designs in corners. In great condition, retaining most of the original plating. Much scarcer than the McKinley mate! Slight loss of plate along side & striking surface.
