TMS, two pages, 8.5 x 13, April 18, 1944, signed and inscribed at the conclusion, "Dear Father Charles, Tell Dr. Walter to play this one on his Piano, See you during the Week, Claude." Fields types out a humorous, fifteen-verse song from "Septic Manor," regarding a doctor's office encounter. In part: "There were blushes galore, / As the sheet hit the floor; / The Nurse quickly stooped to retrieve it / The Doc's look was uncanny, / As he gazed at a Fanny: / So Huge! He Could Hardly Believe It!" In very good to fine condition, with creasing, toning, and minor loss to the edges.
