<B>W.C. Fields Signed Photo Inscribed to Charley Grapewin.</B></I> A sepia 7" x 9" photograph of W.C. Fields inscribed "Merry Xmas from Sam R. Hardy and Bill Field To: Charley Grapewin." This amusing photograph shows a young Fields in true form on the court, mixing a drink in one hand and a racket at the ready in the other. Interestingly, the only joint project executed by Fields and Hardy was <I>Man on the Flying Trapeze,</B></I> which premiered in August 1935 just before Hardy's death in October of the same year.
