This is a vintage 1979 postcard featuring a photo by famous photographer George Hoyningen-Huene. Dress by Auguste Bernard, 1932. SIZE: Approx. 4 1/4" x 6". Baron George Hoyningen-Huene (September 4, 1900 - September 12, 1968) was a seminal fashion photographer of the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Russia to Baltic German and American parents and spent his working life in France, England, and the United States. **MORE postcards from 1950s to 1990s (risque, nude, art sci-fi, oddities) in this and future auctions. From the estate of a big collector who traveled the world and had some very scare paper items. Many postcards from small independent underground printers in Germany, Holland, France, UK, etc.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
