This is a lot of three vintage 1950s/1960s original Carl Bakula photographs of a cigarette cowboy. Mr. Bakula took photos of a number of local celebrities, so maybe this was a Minnesota radio personality or actor. SIZE: Approx. 11" x 14". These photos are from the estate of Carl Bakula who was an Army recon photographer during WWII and then went on to win awards for his work in New York and Minneapolis. We have a box of photos and negatives from his world travels that will be in future auction catalogs.

We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
