Written by Felix Barker, book is the first authorized biography of the Oliviers, illustrated with their personal photos. Inscribed at the bottom of the frontispiece portrait in blue ink: ''For Greta / Every good inspirational wish / Vivian Leigh L Olivier''. Hardcover book runs 313pp. and measures 5.5'' x 8.5'' with a ''Foyles'' bookshop stamp at bottom corner of front pastedown. Previous owner's name is written on front free endpaper, dampstaining to pages and spine, and loosening to binding. Good to very good.
