Vintage Thai Flatware Set in Original Case. Probably bronze from Thailand, 1950s Original Wood Box Over 100 including serving pieces. Label says Bangkok. Nicely displayed in a wooden box, lined with blue cloth. The front panel folds down for the spoons. These sets were manufactured and sold from the 1950s through the 1970s. Generally sold to visitors to Thailand through high-end retail and jewelry stores, usually located in or near posh hotels. This set is in good condition with tarnish on most of the pieces - I will leave the proper cleaning method to the experts or the buyer. The box is solid with surface scratches and the felt inside that lines the box is starting to fray. The brass fasteners are intact and close as they were intended. Note: Due to heavy weight, postage may be high. 7''H x 19''w x 17D.
