Vintage Style Sterling Silver ring featuring 2 round Genuine Garnets set across the top, with a Diamond each side. The Garnet Total Weight = .65 Carats, and they are surrounded by beautiful filigree work. This ring is a size 6, and I can easily resize it for you.
