Setting: Sterling Silver .925
Main Gemstone: Turquoise
Size: US 12.5
Mine Origin: Unknown, resembles Kingman Turquoise
Designer/Hallmark: Shube's Manufacturing
A flat, square piece of turquoise is bezel-set in a sterling silver ring with a "tribal-style" dimensional design on the shoulders and bridge. The turquoise measures approximately 8mm x 9.5mm x 3mm. The turquoise resembles that of the Kingman or Ithaca Mountain mine due to the color and the presence of blue-green spots within the stone.* The ring is US size 12.5 with a 3.5mm shank and bears the Shube's Manufacturing Hallmark. Due to the nature of bezel-set turquoise and its reaction to heat, sizing is not offered on this ring. While testing, it appears to have a clear polish applied to the turquoise, perhaps for stabilization by the previous owner. It does not detract from the ring's appearance.

*Besides an acetone test, no testing or mine identification methods were employed on this turquoise.
