This is a vintage (1970s or 1980s) postcard featuring a 1905 photo titled Steeplechase Day, Paris, After the Races taken by famous photographer Edward Steichen. SIZE: Approx. 6" x 4 1/4".

Edward Jean Steichen (March 27, 1879 - March 25, 1973) was a Luxembourgian American photographer, painter, and art gallery and museum curator. Steichen was the most frequently featured photographer in Alfred Stieglitz's groundbreaking magazine Camera Work during its run from 1903 to 1917.
