All bids are a contract to purchase. No bid may be withdrawn after being made and the bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when a bid is entered. We assume no responsibility for any liability on items once a bid is accepted. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding closes.
Items are deemed abandoned after 5 days without payment from the successful bidder. Nos-tal-gia will not store or hold items past 5 days. Nos-tal-gia reserves the right to resell, donate or dispose of abandoned items, without notice or compensation to the purchaser.
For U.S. bidders: Nos-tal-gia does not claim expertise on your countries importing restrictions. The bidder/purchaser is responsible to ensure that the item purchased is allowed within your jurisdiction.

All purchases must be in Canadian currency.
A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to each Parcel and $5.00 handling fee to each Envelope.
Shipping is at cost through Canada Post.
All sales will be subject to a 18% buyer’s premium.

A $25.00 administration fee will be charged for any declined card transaction. Non-payment will result in blocking from future auctions.
The winning bidder will receive notification of winning lots and the credit card used to register for the auction will be billed.
The purchase price including bid premiums and tax will be charged to the credit card on file immediately after the auction is completed.
Shipping charges will be calculated afterwards and charged separately to the card on file for the auction. Shipping receipts will be sent to the email address on file.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all charges have been paid for in full.
The shipping process will begin once all payments are finalized. Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure.
We will combine shipping on multiple lots where possible.
Nos-tal-gia ships through Canada Post and will only offer shipping on items that are within Canada Post’s size and weight limitations.
For all oversized items, the buyer must arrange their own shipping and all related costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
The purchaser indemnifies the auctioneer/vendor against any and all damages arising from the packing and shipping of any lots.
