Italian Safety Poster ? Prudenza con le Forbici!
ARTIST: E. Trodico (Italian)

These posters, produced by the national association for the prevention of ?unfortunate accidents at work? (much like our csst in Québec), remind us of the warnings of the little old ladies: ?don?t run with scissors or you?ll hurt yourself?, ?stay away from the boiling water on the stove?? We have deduced the date of this poster based on the numbering system on it - an inexact science, but we are fairly comfortable with 1931 as a publication date.
Perhaps we are too cynical, but we like the innocence with which the child in question is portrayed, and rather than proving scary, there is something quite endearing about these little gems.
Each measures 16.5 x 12 inches and is professionally linen backed.

TUF05 - $295 each
Please note that this and all of our posters, prints and other ephemera are vintage, non-reproduction pieces. We are happy to answer any questions or to send additional photos. WE will ship worldwide - once purchase is made we will get shipping costs for surface, air & UPS - buyer can choose option which suits them best.
Thank you for your interest!
