During the ancient period time, the traditional Chinese home always has a long narrow table with everted flanges in the formal central hall. It was mostly placed against the back wall of the main hall, with some scrolls hanging on the top wall and two chairs by the sides.
This type of table is an elegant and stylish decoration for the modern home with a touch of Asian element. It also works very well with the modern furniture.

HuangHauLi is considered the king of the hardwood. People like its color, which ranges from a honey to a purple brown, and its distinctive grain, which creates something like a mountainous landscape pattern. The wood was originally known simply as HuaLi or "flowering pear" and the prefix Huang (yellowish brown) was added in the early twentieth century to describe the old Huali wood that had a yellowish patina due to aging.
