A true stunner from Betsey Johnson I believe it is from the 1980 or early 1990.
Cut in an Asymmetric line adorned by very long fringes that makes the look almost Gypsy Chic Boho.
A silk chiffon with raised burnout(Devore')velvet. Spaghetti adjustable straps and a dress liner on the inside, sensual and cut on a Bias. A vintage size 10 but the vintage sizes run small so it will fit a medium will stretch also a bit because of the bias cut.
