From a Japanese estate, the woman Diplomat was Chinese born and raised in Kyoto Japan near the Gion District. It is all fine silk lined and couture finished.It is silk screened in a wild floral design with side slits. The side has a metal zipper hook and eye and snaps.Like new never worn condition it is magnificent.
