This is a vintage (1930s or 1940s) salesman's sample print of the 1889 engraving by Virginie Demont-Breton titled "Her Man is on the Sea." This piece was the basis for Vincent Van Gogh's "The Man is at Sea after Demont-Breton." Printed on the back is the number of the picture that would have been used by the salesman. Louis F. Dow Co. St. Paul-Winnipeg. Made in U.S.A. This print is part of a collection of pin-ups and other prints that we acquired recently and will be adding to our catalogs. SIZE: Approx. 6 3/4" x 8 3/4".

Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing All Things Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
