This is an antique 1918 fold-out souvenir "postcard" booklet of New York City that was sent by a visitor to the city back to his family in Minneapolis. Each page looks like a postcard, but they're printed on paper and not meant to be taken apart - opens up accordion-style. Dated 7/8/18. SIZE: Approx. 6" x 4 1/4". 22 images.

Inside: Excellent condition - looks like it was closed up and stored away, so the colors didn't fade. Outside: Very good condition with some handling wear, a few small dents and light creases, and some light soiling.

We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
