<B>Vincent Price "House of Usher" Large-Format Slide and Letter from Mark Damon.</B></I> Taking gothic horror to a new level, Price's portrayal of Roderick Usher in Roger Corman's <I>House of Usher</B></I> is considered one of his seminal roles. Included in this lot is a fascinating letter Price received from his co-star on the set, Mark Damon. Commenting on Price's off-screen behavior, Damon writes: "I learned just how gracious, cordial, and warmly human a star of your calibre could be. You set an example I hope I may follow through the rest of my acting career." An insightful glimpse into the making of <I>House of Usher,</B></I> Price as a professional, and the respect he garnered from fellow actors. Also included is a 4" x 5" color slide from the film, with Price striking a pose in character.
