Two small pieces of material drilled from the 1976 Viking space probe that landed on Mars. Each silver-colored piece measures about 1” long and was milled from the spacecraft. Carefully floating in a 2.5”-diameter and 1” tall clear plastic disc imprinted, “VIKING 76 Material From Lander.” A unique reminder of mankind’s mission to our nearest planetary neighbor.
