Victorian Pencil Box-Early Decoupage. Very sweet child pencil box with compartments. The main figure on the lid is holding a dove and sports a very fashionable bonnet. Other figures shown are a running dog, a wagon with doll, a girl with a broom and you can see a kitty perched in a tree. The paper print was glued to the box and laquered over to preserve the print. Inside is a very fragile piece of lined paper which appears to be fairly a fairly complex sailing computation. The box measures 7 3/4'' x 2 /2'' x 1 3/4'' and is hindged with a hole for a lock and escutcheon. Sweet piece of Victoriana!

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
