Scarce DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, June 12, 1934. Agreement between Baum and Samuel Goldwyn Inc. stating that the studio will pay Baum's secretary's salary of $35 per week while Baum is under contract; the secretary will remain Baum's employee, not the studio's. Signed at the conclusion by Baum and countersigned by Abraham Lehr as vice president of Samuel Goldwyn Productions. In fine condition, with a rusty paperclip impression to the top edge. Baum wrote more than 50 novels throughout her career, several of which were adapted into motion pictures.
