Very unusual and high grade full side lock ejector, double rifle with art deco influenced exhibition quality engraving in .35 Winchester caliber signed by the engraver H. Leukers of Liege. The bottom of thebarrels are marked Siemens Martin Martele who were steelmakers and the barrels are marked 35 W (35 Winchester) and also marked to B. Blindee. The barrels show a full complement of smokeless Belgian proofs. The rifle shows23 5/8” barrels and is 40” overall and weighs approximately 7.2 pounds. The barrel shows a raised rib with hand filed or roughed top and shows two leaf folding rear sight. The rifle is stocked in deluxe grained burlwalnut with a sleek pistol grip and crisp checkering. The front trigger is hinged or articulated and the stock measures 14” to the end of the pad and 12 7/8” to the end of the wood. The barrels show 95% to 98% of theoriginal blue and the frame, side plates, show their French gray or satin finish and are fine to near excellent.
