Very rare lustrous ebony color part silk Persian-Pak Kashan. 100%natural, vegetable dye, hand woven, pure silk and finest baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation. This is a striking all-over floral design with the highest quality silk blend baby lamb's wool pile. The expression "all-over" is referred to rugs with a design that is repeated over and over again throughout the background field. the advantage to this type of design is that pieces of furniture can be placed anywhere on the rug without interrupting the pattern. the crisp and well defined curve--linear design is a testament to the fine weave and to the artistic workmanship.
