Very early Colt Civilian SAA revolver, .45 cal., barrel reduced to 4-3/4”, ejector assembly removed, wood grips, #1321, accompanied by stock double loop leather holster. This gun is in overall fair to goodcondition as period modified showing a dark patina on metal surfaces, matching visible serial numbers, italic barrel address, some replaced screws and the cylinder pin screw lost long ago and the pin permanently affixed from the left side of the frame, likely by a local gunsmith or blacksmith, fair action, dark bore, worn undersized wood grips that have been re-varnished and show old cattle brands carved into both sides of the grips;the holster is in overall fair to good condition with a large brass concho decorator with years of patina; a truly Old West looking rig including an early 4 digit SAA.
