1886, New Jersey. Stock certificate for 7 shares. Black. Litho. Transferred on verso verso to Cornelius Vanderbilt, Chauncey Depew and J. Pierpont Morgan. The road was chartered in March of 1886 to build a railroad from a point in Union Township to a point in Harrington, about 15 miles away. It was part of the New York Central system. Punch cancelled. An interesting transfer of shares among the three prominent shareholders. Fine.
