Part of the already scarce Flattop Target Bisley series, only 131 were produced in this caliber, and the markings and configuration of this arm suggest that it was the factory representative model for the entire 32-20 WCF production run. Drift adjustable rear sight, with the one line block letter Hartford address on top of the barrel and "(BISLEY MODEL) 32 W.C.F." on the left side, and the two-line, two-date patent markings on the frame next to the circled Rampant Colt. No serial number is present on the grip straps, with "M" in place of the serial number on the underside of the frame. Additionally, there is no assembly number, or proofs on the sides of the trigger guard. Checkered 2-piece grips, with Rampant Colt logos at the top. This arm can be seen on page 258 of R.L. Wilson's "The Book of Colt Firearms" as part of a spread on Flattop Target Army and Bisley revolvers, and is described in that text as a "model gun".
