Punch Marked Coin, Magadha Janapada (600-350 BC), Dumraon Hoard type, Silver Karshapana, Series 1, Archaic period, Obv: five punch marks consisting of a six-armed symbol, the sun (solar symbol), a fish, a circle surrounded by dots and a triangle with three dots (die symbol), Rev: two banker’s mark, 3.40g, 22.5x17.9mm, (JONS. 241 Pg. No. 11), choice very fine, Very Rare.

Note: The fish symbol coin from Series I (Five Punches) are rare type, it is similar to the Series 0 of Dumraon Hoard type but with four or fewer punches.
