Pre-Stamp Cover, 2 Annas, 1816/1826?, Delhie, letter in Gujarati/Modi language, with a three-compartment rectangular seal, where 2nd compartment is open, this Red ink dispatch postmark cites “DELHIE | 10 SEPTEMBER | Bearing 2 As.”, value is hand endorsed. Another interesting fact to note is that the date has been struck off and made either 16 or 6, Giles # Type 4, but in Red ink, some usual torn, otherwise good condition, Very Rare.
