Envelope, 1901, Queen Victoria used for King Edward VII, ½ Anna Green Cover, the cover was prepared for Queen Victoria but used for King Edward VII, overprinted on the cover is “ON HER MAJESTY SERVICE”, but “HER” is corrected and overwritten “HIS” for the usage under the period of King Edward VII. Dispatched from RANGOON to SAIDPUR, letter delivered in SAIDPUR on 25 MAY 01 (1901), excellent condition, Rare.
Note: Now Saidpur is a town and panchayat village in Yadgir District of Karnataka State in India.
