Meter Franking, 1972, By Air Mail, Bombay to New York, 3 Franking valued 1 Re 95 Paisa with Refugee Relief 5 Paisa stamp affixed. Dispatch cancellation of Bombay in Red ink reads “BOMBAY | -5VII 72 | PLAB-3435” applied. Sent to USA on 5-7-72, BYCULLA post office cancellation in a Black circle is present. Reverse impressions from franking seals of another cover of 4 ½ square and 4 round seals are observed on the back, excellent condition, Very Rare.
