Very fine. The metal surfaces remain bright and the brass components have an attractive light aged patina. Almost all of the bright blue finish remains on the trigger, side plate and buttcap screw heads. The stock is also very fine with sharp edges on the flats, and a few scattered minor dings and dents. The cartouches are crisp. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
