Very fine. The barrel and magazine retain 95% original finish with a few minor scratches, some light spotting and some edge wear. The receiver and hammer retain 70% of the somewhat faded case colors with the trigger guard bow and tangs faded to a smooth silver gray. The breechblock retains 98% of the bright high polish blue. The buttplate has a smooth silver gray with a patch of brown. The wood is very fine with most of the original varnish on the stock and about half on the forearm with a few overall scattered minor dings and dents. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
