Overstreet lauds this issue for two stories. One is Johnny Craig's story "Twin Bill", which got cited in an article by Fredric Wertham. The other is a classic opium-addict story, "Pipe-Dream", drawn by Bernie Krigstein. Craig contributed the grisly cover art, and Jack Davis and Graham Ingels helped with the interior artwork.
