<B>Vaughn Bode - "Earthman's Burden" Color Sketch Original Art (c. 1970).</B></I> This interplanetary preliminary sketch gives us a glimpse of a cosmic cowboy in action (and a furry one, at that). Originally done for the book by Poul Anderson and Gordon R. Dickson, with final illustrations completed by Basil Gogos, based on Bode's sketches. The pencil and colored marker sketch on board measures approximately 6.25" x 10.5", and is in Excellent condition.
